André Avelino Pasa

André Avelino Pasa is full professor at the Physics Department of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Florianopolis, Brazil. Prof. Pasa received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, and Ph.D degree in Materials Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. His research interests include materials for spintronics, nanomaterials and nanodevices, materials for energy storage, organic molecules on surfaces, and detection of small and large molecules using optical and electrochemical methods.
